Parcel limits: longest side 180 cm · volume 1 m³ · weight 30 kg. Parcels that don't fit our boxes are stored in a virtual box; parcels over these limits are subject to operator review.
3. Storage duration
Rent starts on the day the parcel is placed in a box, and that day counts. It stops when you collect. There is no limit on storage days; rent is charged daily.
Estimated total
The subscription is paid once for the period you choose and is valid for that period; it does not renew automatically. Box rent accrues for the days your parcel stays in a box.
Important
This tool gives an approximate calculation. When your parcel arrives at the branch, our operator checks it physically and decides which box it goes into and what the actual fee is. Product price, the seller's shipping fee and any customs duties or taxes are not included.
Box sizes and daily rates
Box sizes are outer dimensions. The lid folds take about 2 cm from each side, so the calculation uses the usable inner size, 4 cm less on each dimension (e.g. about 26×46×46 cm for a 30×50×50 cm box). The result is approximate; the final assessment is made by our operator at the branch.

FAQ
What is the difference between membership and a subscription at Keepinboxes?+
Membership lets you register on our site free of charge. As a member you can sign in to your dashboard, read detailed information about our services and request a quote for the “Shop for Me” service. A subscription, however, is what gives you an address. Once you subscribe, a Keepinboxes address is assigned to you and you gain the right to have your orders delivered there. In short: Membership = access to information and quote requests. Subscription = a delivery address and storage service.
Why is a subscription required?+
A subscription is what allows us to deliver the service securely and personally: parcels are handed over only to you or to the person you authorise in your Delivery Code, shipping notifications reach the right person by e-mail, and the dedicated steel boxes in the store are managed per person. This is how we keep you safe and let you follow the whole process transparently from your dashboard.
Do I have to pay when I subscribe?+
Yes. The fee for the plan you choose is charged up front when your subscription starts; it activates your personal delivery address. Box use is billed separately on top of the subscription: daily rent starts on the day your parcel is placed in a box, depends on the box size and stops when you collect your parcels. If you rent a long-term box, you pay a fixed monthly fee instead of daily rent. The product price, the seller's shipping fee and any customs duties or taxes are not included. What happens if a parcel arrives for someone without a subscription?+
Shipments that do not belong to a subscription registered in the Keepinboxes system are not accepted. If the recipient details do not match a registered subscriber, delivery does not take place and the parcel is returned to the sender or refused, according to the courier's procedures. For this reason you must create a subscription before ordering and pass your registered Keepinboxes address to the sender in full.
My subscription has ended. Will my parcel still be accepted?+
Parcels you added to your dashboard before your subscription ended are still received when they reach our store and are placed into your box. You can always collect the parcels in your box by paying the box rent. Once your subscription has ended you cannot add new shipments, and shipments for people who have never subscribed are not accepted. Renew your subscription for new orders.
