Do I need membership to use Keepinboxes?+

Yes. Only members can receive parcels. Non-member parcels are rejected and returned.

When does box rent start?+

Only when your parcel is placed into a locker. You don’t pay during shopping or shipping.

Can I store multiple parcels and collect later?+

Yes. You can accumulate shipments and plan your trip before collecting.

Do you provide insurance?+

We have store insurance. Optional user insurance is being researched (coming soon).

Is requesting an offer paid?+

No. The offer is completely free. Members can request 1 offer per week, Subscribers can request up to 5. Payment is only made after you accept the offer.

Do I have to provide a product link?+

Yes, we need accurate information and examples to source correctly for you. Please share the product link if available, or provide complete details such as brand, model, color and size.

How many products can I request in one offer?+

You can request an offer for up to 10 different products, provided they are from the same store. Each product can have a quantity greater than 1.

How will I be updated after sourcing?+

You'll get live status updates in the panel, plus notifications and messages.

Who covers shipping and customs costs?+

Shipping and any customs costs are clearly communicated at the offer stage. No surprise charges.

Is it Europe-only?+

Our primary focus is Europe. You can mention other regions in your request and we'll evaluate.

Required space depends on locker type, count, and location plan. Small-scale starting setups can also be considered.

Target regions are prioritized, but other cities may also be considered with the right location and partner profile.
