No. The offer is completely free. Members can request 1 offer per week, Subscribers can request up to 5. Payment is only made after you accept the offer.
Do I have to provide a product link?+
Yes, we need accurate information and examples to source correctly for you. Please share the product link if available, or provide complete details such as brand, model, color and size.
How many products can I request in one offer?+
You can request an offer for up to 10 different products, provided they are from the same store. Each product can have a quantity greater than 1.
How will I be updated after sourcing?+
You'll get live status updates in the panel, plus notifications and messages.
Who covers shipping and customs costs?+
Shipping and any customs costs are clearly communicated at the offer stage. No surprise charges.
Is it Europe-only?+
