It is suitable for users living in Turkey who shop abroad (especially within Europe), who cannot or do not want to ship items to Turkey, who travel to Greece periodically or regularly, and who want a safe place to hold their parcels until pickup.

The user activates a subscription and receives a personal delivery address. The user shops using that address. When the parcel arrives, it is received, placed into the user’s assigned locker, and the user is notified. The user can pick it up whenever they visit.

Each user is assigned a personal locker. Received parcels are stored in user-dedicated areas and access by third parties is restricted. Security and access processes are designed to ensure safe storage.

keepinboxes receives parcels only for users with an active subscription. Shipments for non-subscribed individuals are not accepted. Parcel contents are the user’s responsibility. Items on the prohibited list are not accepted.

Correct ordering, correct addressing, carrier selection, tracking, and carrier delays are the user’s responsibility. keepinboxes is not responsible for carrier performance or delays.

There is no storage time limit. For storage longer than one month, a monthly storage fee is charged. Storage starts when the parcel is placed into the user’s assigned locker and continues until pickup.

keepinboxes is not responsible for user orders, product contents, customs/taxes and border entry processes, carrier services, or the shopping platforms used by the user.
