Does keepinboxes provide insurance services?
At this stage, keepinboxes does not offer third-party or direct insurance services. However, we are working on an infrastructure that will allow users to individually insure their assigned lockers for added peace of mind.
How will users be able to insure their lockers?
Under the planned system, users will be able to insure their assigned personal lockers on a daily basis. This aims to provide optional additional coverage for stored items during the storage period.
Is insurance mandatory?
Insurance will be completely optional. Users may continue to use keepinboxes services without purchasing insurance.
Will keepinboxes act as the insurance provider?
keepinboxes is not an insurance company and does not act as an insurance provider. Insurance processes are planned to be handled through relevant insurance companies or platforms.
When will the insurance service be available?
We are currently working on the insurance infrastructure and partnerships. The service is planned to be launched in the near future, and updates will be shared with users accordingly.
